The program provides an exclusive administrative infrastructure for teaching and research (room for the office – 128m², rooms of 32m² for all professors, a study room of 32m² for the students, two classrooms for 40 students – 64m², computers lab – 32m², research laboratories, auditorium with capacity for 100 people, defense room equipped with videoconference systems connected to internet and with room for 50 people, adapted restrooms, and kitchen). Overall, there are eight exclusive research laboratories for PPGFis, and, even though they are not exclusive, there are also adult and children’s school-clinics, besides the University Hospital Lauro Wanderley, that can be used as places for data collection in graduate program’s research.

STUDY AND PRACTICE LABORATORY IN COLLECTIVE HEALTH: 64 m2, with 7 computers; 2 laptops; 7 printers; 1 photographic camera; 4 MP3 devices; 7 tablets; 1NVIVO – Software for data analysis; 2 multimedia projectors; 1 television; and 1 ALCEST software for data analysis.
LABORATORY FOR CARDIOPULMONARY FUNCTIONAL ANALYSES: 81 m2, with a mechanical scale with stadiometer; electronic scale with stadiometer (Soehnle, Germany); Digital spirometer (PneumotachDatalink); belt conveyor and ergometric bicycle; mechanical and digital manovacuometer; adult and pediatric peakflow meter; oxemeter of analogical pulse, and digital light-box.
NEURALMOVE LABORATORY: 48m² with digital screen of arterial pressure with frequency meter; screen of glycemia; Jebsen-Taylor test system; Box&Block test kit (BBT); IBRAMED biological stimulator; digital anthropometry; Sony portable recorder; stimulation balls with various textures, density, and colors; and laptop.

STUDY LABORATORY OF HUMAN AGING: 40m2, with the Denver II test (Software for the evaluation of motor development); SAPO (Posture Evaluation Software); 1 recorders and 2 photographic machines; 1 laptop, and 1 multimedia projector.
PHYSIOTHERAPY CLINICAL SCHOOL, which is an important space to carry out research. It has a entrance hall, four evaluation offices, a therapeutic pool with 90m2, temperature control, and access ramp, two stadiums for kinesiotherapy duly equipped with mobiles, two diathermy rooms, two rooms for electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy, a room for meetings, a room for professors and students. Among the available equipment in this space, it is worth mentioned: 2 parallel bars; 1 stair with ramp; 1 orthostatic board; 1 biostimulator; 6 Dual Pex 961; 1 PERINA Myofeedback; 1 balcan board; 1 Bonett-Chair; 1 Conveyor Belt LX 150; 1 ergometric Bicycle BM 4.000 Pro; 2 HE ergometric bicycles (Horizontal Bike); 1 Multi-Station 512 BK – Kikos; 04 Microtherm; 02 SONACEL Ultrasound; 4 Thermowave (short waves); 3 Tens-Fes HTM; 1 Physiolux Laser, among others.
Besides, there is also the support of the Computation Laboratories installed at the Center of Health Sciences, with the unconstraint access of students from all the UFPB Programs and Courses, both in the undergraduate degree, and the graduate degree composed on micro-computers with Pentium IV and Pentium D processors, with L8 to 3,0GHz spped; RAM memory of 256 Mbytes to 2.0 Gbytes; diskette scanners; CD and DVD reader and recorder; colored scanner. It is important to emphasize that the basic structure of the Computation Laboratory may suit the special demands of professors and researchers, whereas licensed freewares and software, for example, can be installed in a network with the users’ requisition.
